is a superior alternative to Kalkwasser and is a safe simple way to
replenish the calcium and carbonates utilised by reef animals.
Calk is dosed by monitoring the calcium and alkalinity of aquarium water with accurate Test Kits. In addition to the Alkalinity
Pro test Kit provided, users will require a Red sea Calcium Pro test Kit.
When
used together with Reef Success Coral trace, all of the elements found
in coral skeletons are provided in the correct ratios.
Tip: a well-stocked 300 litre aquarium will require around 5g of Calk per day.
